Training
is an interactive combination of lectures, instructions,
individual and group tasks, presentations, discussions,
case studies and role-plays. Training courses usually last
two or three days, depending on the training subject and
content. Some courses consist of a few stages. Between stages,
participants work on specific tasks related to the training
topic and their everyday work. Role-plays and presentations
in some training courses (sales, presentation, management)
are video taped in order to give a chance to participants
to watch their own performance and learn from it.
